I purchased a new home and Layne went out of his way to work with sellers agent to schedule a precise estimate and duct cleaning. There were no surprises. He even went as far as shoveling the driveway for the sellers. The duct cleaning itself was extremely thorough and very reasonably priced for the high level of service you get. Layne is very friendly, excellent at customer service and a perfectionist. Highly highly recommend.
