I recently hired Layne with Home Service Heroes to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. I live in a condominium and the furnace and dryer are in a very tight area. Layne and Levi did an excellent job. They came to my condo ahead of time and looked at what was involved and gave me an estimate. At the end of the job that was the total amount that was charged, so there were no hidden fees. The service was very reasonably priced.

The air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning was very thorough. Layne explained the process well and he and Levi provided excellent customer service. As an older woman I appreciated their help with moving some small shelves and a chair out of the way. They also vacuumed anything that got on my floors.
